Delicious «The rooms are furnished in the typical style of the country. You can enter the room directly from the outside. The terrace roof and the shutters protect you from the heat.
In the restaurant we were spoiled every evening with a 3-course menu, which we could choose from the menu. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.»

Ingrid helped me in everything from the beginning, her kindness, professionalism and treatment, as well as taking care of every detail so that we enjoyed the guests and the bride and groom were comfortable, have been unbeatable. The attention of the waiters, their education and treatment have been exquisite. And the food...everything was delicious! 05/2023 The small 4-star hotel (54 rooms) is pleasant by Canarian standards and is situated on the edge of the town center with fantastic views over the magnificent Moro Jable beach.
One really wants to assign 5 stars to this hotel for - its location - its large clean well equipped large rooms
- its friendly and helpful staff
- its varied and very good creative cuisine
Those who "do not appreciate Bettenburgen" find a high-quality and personal service here and can spend a carefree wellness holiday.

08/08/2025 Absolutely recommended! A very beautiful hotel of an ideal size. All rooms have sea views... very clean and with a dream location directly on the beach. The food is excellent... the service is great... everyone is always very friendly and attentive! It is the third year in a row that we have been there and we will be back!

01/09/2025 The best check-in ever, a fantastic welcome in the room with drinks and fruit, everything very clean and well-kept. The decoration, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the hotel, is very beautiful. The views and the location are magnificent. The food is excellent and the service in all areas is impeccable. We have spent a perfect week on vacation and we have recovered wonderfully in a quiet and familiar atmosphere. We are already looking forward to our next vacation! We enjoyed our time on the comfortable Sunbeds with views of the Atlantic very much and we will cherish this memory for a long time.
This is our third visit and once again everything related to this hotel is first class. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The food is great, plenty of options for me being a vegetarian. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And I will be back soon.

26/09/2025 The experience we had there is inexplicable. It doesn't just have incredible views and luxury rooms, but also an admirable staff. Every type of detail is taken into account, and there isn't a single person who isn't attentive. This hotel is an example of a job well done, the kind that hooks you into wanting to stay longer and not wanting to leave. The kind where you feel like spending as much time as possible. Nothing more was needed; we couldn't have been more comfortable.

Perfect every time
24/03/2025 Another wonderful holiday at El Palacete. Like many of the guests at the hotel we are regular returning visitors and those that are guests for the first time usually express their wish to become part of the returning regulars. This says a great deal for this hotel. The staff in all departments cannot do enough to make your stay pleasurable in every way and we are always welcomed back as returning friends. A quality hotel perfect for couples in a great location but don't go if you are on a diet as the choice of food is just irresistible.
